As an official partner of the Mental Health Foundation, One Living is proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, 11-17 May.
This year’s theme is ACTION. While awareness of mental health is vital, Mental Health Foundation believe that real change comes about through taking actions both for ourselves and for others.
Below you will find a series of practices that Jonny uses himself both on and off the pitch. These are simple but powerful actions that can really help you take care of your body, which in turn can look after your mind.
One Living are taking two meaningful actions:
- Firstly, we are donating £10,000 to support the Mental Health Foundation’s important work in promoting, building and protecting good mental health.
- Secondly, One Living is encouraging our community to take simple wellbeing actions through our ‘Do One Thing For You’ campaign. Led by our founder Jonny Wilkinson, we aim to inspire small but powerful actions that support both personal wellbeing and stronger communities.
